How it works?

Place Order

Restaurant Pick Up Service

For $5, we can pick up your restaurant order for you. Most restaurants now offer 15-30% discount for pick up due to COVID-19.

This pickup service is only available within the yellow square in the map. North to Major Mackenzie, South to Steeles, West to Yonge and East to Warden.

If we need to pay for you, you will have to e-transfer us the total cost of food and service fee prior to pick up.

How Grocery Purchasing Works?

Simply send us your shopping list, store(s), and your options.

We Do the Shopping

We will visit any store in the area.

Items can big or small, in few or plenty. Produce hand picked will be counted per clear produce bag.

Items Delivered

Your complete list is accurately fufilled and delivered to your door or Pickup at our sister company Next Station.

You can order for your friends or family.

Payment

Service is $15 (lineup and delivery time) for first 10 unique items per store.

$10 for the next 15 unique items at the same store.

E-transfer the total amount purchased with the service fee prior to delivery.

How specific do I need to be on my grocery list?

We want to be 100% or as accurate as possible with your order, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your grocery list. Use remarks when necessary to describe your best choice.

For example, if you want to buy lettuce and they are not in the best quality, we will either go to your secondary list or call you to confirm if you have an alternative option for us.

Will you substitude items that may not be available?

Yes, unless you specify otherwise, our personal shoppers will make appropriate decisions.

What if I received the wrong item?

We will provide all store receipts, so you may return the items to the store. If mistake is ours, we will make it right by returning or exchanging the product for you. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

What if I need products from a second store?

No problem at all. We will shop any store in our radius of service. Extra store will start again at $15.

How do we pick meat, produce, and other fresh foods?

We will shop for your meat, produce and other fresh foods as if they were shopping for ourselves. We know food and will deliver quality choices.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Since there is restriction on social distancing at the moment, we will ask how you want us to leave you the purchases.

We can leave it outside your door, at the conceige or other arrangement you prefer.

We will inform you when we will do the delivery.
